The Operations Assistant - Quality Assurance ensures that operational and quality assurance tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.This role is integral to finalising invoices, managing Formbay submissions, and preparing tasks for quality reviews. It requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards. The role also collaborates closely with the Connections team and finance department to ensure process integrity

Review and finalise invoices with high accuracy
Communicate promptly with the finance team to resolve discrepancies
Implement continuous improvements to enhance submission efficiency
Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive quality checklist
Ensure documentation and data are prepared for seamless reviews
Accurately manage and share the NMI hunt list with the Connections team
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth invoice processing
Collaborate with schedulers and supervisors to resolve queries

About You:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in operational systems, including Formbay and invoicing software is beneficial
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
