- Deliver technical development and configuration using Salesforce.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Develop minor enhancements and changes in line with business priorities and agile delivery practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, testers, and end users to support solution performance and usability.
- Contribute to release planning and deployment activities including code reviews, documentation, and testing.
- Maintain up-to-date solution documentation and technical artefacts.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance processes and change management procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and automation.
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Document Generation).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a BAU support context.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Lightning Flows.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Salesforce certifications, particularly in OmniStudio and Platform Developer I/II.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
- Experience working in government or large public sector organisations.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support models and incident/change management processes.
