SSA are partnering with a leading Mechanical Contractor who are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager in Brisbane to lead site-based teams across major commercial construction projects.With a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking for a driven HVAC Site Manager to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities

Manage project delivery with HVAC values up to $10m+
Supervise teams, coordinate labour, materials, and oversee client & stakeholder relationships
Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with builders, clients, and project partners
Motivate and lead your team to achieve successful outcomes

About You

Several years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Manager, ideally on large-scale commercial projects
Strong industry knowledge and practical expertise
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Long-term mindset with a strong commitment to the company’s success
