To provide pharmaceutical care to consumers within the NSLHD including pharmacist support to the service being provided. To provide education and medicines information services to consumers, carers and families, and other health care professionals. To participate as active members of multi-disciplinary teams.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
