They have the professional resilience and grit to continue to provide compassionate, person centred and evidence-based OT services.The practice has weekly team meetings, mentoring sessions and quarterly team in-services where the team come together with a focus on being the best OTs they can be, share the wins & challenges and gain support from each other.
