This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex deployments involving mobile coverage systems, RF design, and safe installation within operational rail networks.You'll be hands-on in both the technical and delivery aspects coordinating design, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with rail safety protocols, and verifying system performance through RF testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Key Requirements· Assist with design preparation, including work packs, method statements, and RF coverage modelling· Conduct site surveys in tunnels and rail stations to assess installation feasibility· Oversee installation and integration of NodeB, RNC, and transmission components· Manage subcontractors and ensure all work is safe, compliant, and on schedule· Coordinate system commissioning, RF testing (EMC, PIM, return-loss), and final handover· Liaise with rail authorities, civil contractors, and vendors to align work with operational constraints· Track project milestones, report risks, and support documentation handover to operationsTalented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
