- Engage with customers - making outbound calls to check in on account health and uncovering new Daymap opportunities.
- Drive growth - focusing on retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the business unit.
- Build strong relationships - developing credibility and trust with key customer stakeholders.
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce - including forecasting, pipeline growth, opportunity progression, and account reviews.
- Understand customer needs - identifying solutions that meet their goals and challenges.
- Stay market-aware - keeping up to date on competitor products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing - supporting campaigns and initiatives to generate interest and drive sales.
- Nurture the sales pipeline - ensuring active engagement, progression, and timely closure of opportunities.
- Adapt to evolving business needs - responsibilities may change over time as the sales environment shifts
- Proven track record in sales account management and new business prospecting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities.
- Experience in application software and services sales.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
