Joining a well-established Banking & Finance practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly respected partners on a diverse mix of matters. The practice advises on the full spectrum of corporate and institutional finance transactions—acting for major banks, non-bank lenders, listed companies, multinationals, private equity, and property developers.You can expect exposure to:
- Corporate and institutional finance
- Secured and unsecured lending arrangements
- Property and construction finance
- Acquisition finance
- Debt capital markets
