- Lead clinical governance and compliance
- Mentor and support a dedicated care team

- Drive occupancy and AN-ACC funding outcomes
- AHPRA registration and NDIS clearance
- Experience in aged care (Clinical Care Manager experience desirable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operational management including recruitment and rostering; ideally in a facility or clinical management position
- A passion for improving resident outcomes and team culture
- Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
