You will oversee daily operations, manage rosters, ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, and drive a culture of excellence across the board.With professionalism and empathy, you will:Oversee care plan implementation and provide hands-on support when requiredLead, coach and support a team of Care Workers, fostering trust, compassion and performanceManage rosters, cover unplanned absences, and ensure seamless client careUphold documentation, compliance and workplace safety standardsBuild strong relationships with clients, families and key internal stakeholdersWhat you’ll bringYou’re a natural leader who thrives in community-based aged care settings.
