
Junior Finance Officer

- Inputting invoices for CGW, Barea and CGW Nominees with correct allocation to expense codes
- Processing creditor payments via electronic funds transfer and cheques
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing weekly team reimbursements by EFT and general matter payments
- Handling electronic fund transfers between General, Barea, Trust, credit cards account and CGW nominees
- Processing corporate credit cards and managing petty cash with reconciliations
- Assisting with minor journal entries and monthly printing allocations
- Supporting file closure and reopening processes
- Contributing to any additional tasks ensuring smooth business operations
- Experience in accounts payable within a professional services setting is advantageous, though not mandatory
- High proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent customer service skills with clear and effective communication
- Great attitude with the ability to exercise initiative
- A general enthusiasm for finance and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills
- Ability to work autonomously but most importantly as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, with a strong sense of integrity and discretion when managing sensitive financial information
