- Providing Palliative Care nursing support to clients in community or acute environment.
- The palliative care team at Moree Community Health includes a clinical nurse consultant 2 and an Aboriginal Health Worker.
- Moree Palliative Care Unit provides outpatient and/or inpatient support to palliative care clients across Moree, Mungindi, Boggabilla, Toomelah and Warialda.
- You will be part of a larger multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists; Social Work; Dietician; Oncology; Community Nursing teams

- Online education, mentoring, opportunities to undertake further education and clinical placements for experience.

- This position is full-time; however, part-time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
