- Act as the technical point of contact for customer enquiries, offering expert advice and engineered solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals and recommend equipment modifications based on performance and design feasibility.
- Support the sales cycle by translating technical requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.
- Manage quotations, convert them into sales, and oversee order accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate pricing, delivery, and communication with customers, ensuring expectations are met.
- Produce technical documentation and 2D CAD drawings to support design and compliance.
- Design small-scale mechanical components and collaborate on testing and repair processes.
- Operate within a KPI-driven framework, contributing to continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in valves, process equipment, or mechanical engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to interpret engineering requirements.
- Background in technical sales or sales engineering roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
