Consultants provide high-level consultative services to customers on bestpractice implementation of ERP solutions, by applying specialized knowledge of ERP software andindustry knowledge. Implement the Scope Systems' ERP solution at customer's premises which may requireextended periods of travel. Facilitate customer workshops to scope the technical components of the implementationor upgrade. Design and map of data for customer conversion. Undertake QA and testing of specifications of changes/enhancements. Research and resolve customer issues and creating solutions. Escalate issues to the Development team for resolution and patches. Other duties in accordance within the incumbent's skills and knowledge.Qualifications, Skills and CompetenciesMandatoryBachelor of Business/Commerce or Information Technology or significant experience workingwith the GLExperience with Pronto Xi or previous versionsExperience with Pronto financial modulesPractical knowledge of business, accounting and financial practicesDesirableDemonstrated experience implementing ERP implementationsDemonstrated experience implementing innovative and creative ideas to solve financial issuesExperience with payroll, warehousing and/or manufacturing Pronto modulesExperience working within the mining industryExperience conducting trainingExperience writing technical documentationSkills and AbilitiesHighly developed analytical and problem solving skills - is able to analyse numerical data intocomponent parts and identify patters and relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skills - speaks fluently, expresses opinions and is askilled public speaker.
