Our client is a reputable insurance brokerage based in Australia. With a focus on providing comprehensive insurance solutions, they cater to both individuals and businesses. By leveraging their expertise and industry knowledge, our client aims to assist customers in finding tailored insurance coverage that suits their specific needs and offers financial protection and peace of mind. You will be working closely with their clients, helping them navigate the complex world of insurance and providing them with personalised solutions to meet their needs.Benefits to successful applicant:

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and providing them with expert insurance advice and assistance
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and analysing insurance policies to ensure proper coverage and compliance
  • Handling policy renewals and proactively seeking out new business opportunities to expand the portfolio
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery
We are looking for someone with:
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
  • Strong knowledge of SME insurance products
  • A proven tract record as an accomplished insurance broker, preferably with experience in managing a portfolio independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking to assess risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and meet targets
