With a strong client base, the team recognises that understanding their client's businesses and objectives is critical to providing advice on how the litigation and dispute resolution process can be controlled to achieve desired outcomes.The OpportunityWe are looking for passionate commercial litigators with 5 years' post admission experience to join our established litigation and dispute resolution practice group. You will be working with highly regarded principals and lawyers across a range of complex and challenging commercial litigation, insolvency, and business advice matters. You will be a lawyer who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience, and attention to detail skills.Skills and Experience

5 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation
Knowledge of the Corporations Act
Ability to manage a busy workload and work to tight deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
Ability to relate to people at all levels and effectively work in a team
Experience in managing a team of legal professionals
Practical and client focused problem-solving skills; and
A strong, plain language communication style.
