We're currently seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator for one of our trusted clients based in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role offering consistent, ongoing work in a well-equipped workshop with a supportive team environment.
About the Role:
- MIG & TIG welding on mild steel, stainless & aluminium
- Interpreting technical drawings and fabrication of various components
- Use of workshop machinery including press brakes, guillotines, and hand tools
- General fabrication and assembly tasks
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication (trade qualified preferred)
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Monday to Friday hours with potential overtime
