- Previous experience managing a business through a growth period - your knowledge of processes, initiatives, sales strategies that deliver results are what we need

- Sound financial and sales acumen - you'll have P&L oversight, and the MD wants a right-hand person who can find and grasp opportunities
- A clear communication style that you can adapt to audiences at all levels
