- Develop and execute your business plan to meet revenue, pipeline, and headcount goals in the ANZ region.
- Serve as executive sponsor for select strategic accounts.
- Lead day-to-day operations of a Sales team
- Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent.
- Ensure precise and accurate forecasting with Clari and maintain up-to-date Salesforce hygiene.
- Coach Account Executives in closing complex, high-value deals through strategic guidance and executive engagement.
- Drive strategic territory and account planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions engineering, customer success, legal, marketing, renewals, and partners to deliver outcomes for customers.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales.
- 4+ years in SaaS sales leadership, ideally leading teams closing six- to seven-figure deals.
- Background in cloud security or identity and access management is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful partner and ISV strategies.
