Known for its supportive culture and collaborative team, this business is seeking a proactive Order Processing Representative to make a real impact.The RoleAs the Order Processing Representative, you will be reporting to an inspiring Administration Manager and working with a close-knit team, where you’ll provide exceptional service to clients and ensure orders run smoothly.Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm – ideal for early risers!Key Responsibilities:

Respond to product inquiries with exceptional customer service.
Process and manage customer orders with accuracy.
Update customer details and coordinate deliveries.
Generate invoices and handle general data entry tasks.

About You

Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Management or Order Entry
