We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.About the Role:We are now seeking fully qualified Technicians / Mechanics to join our Ford Dealership at Ballina.What the role entails:
  • Carrying out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair orders and diagnosing problem jobs
  • Maintaining a sound knowledge of products and services
  • Following instructions and warranty process consistently
  • Take care with use of all workshop tools and equipment and returning them to their correct place
  • Consistently have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment where team culture is the key ingredient to our collective results
  • Technical pathways on offer to further your career and future opportunities
What we are looking for:
  • Qualification in Automotive Technician/Mechanic Certificate III
  • NSW Tradesman licence
  • Exposure to dealership environment an advantage, however not essential
  • Strong communication skills and legible handwriting
  • Current manual drivers licence
