- Build an advanced ecological technical practice supporting diverse projects and our clients' biggest challenges
- Manage technical teams to deliver field investigations, impact assessment and mitigation design
- Responsible for outstanding client service through risk-based strategic advice and high-quality technical reporting
- Implement efficiencies and digital solutions to collaborate and work smarter
- Drive strategic growth, technical excellence, and innovation in ecological assessments and management planning for projects in transport, water security, energy and future-fuels sectors.
- Proven knowledge in fauna, flora, ecological communities, and ecosystems, with a focus on Queensland regions like the Brigalow Belt, North Queensland, and SEQ Bioregions.
- Ability to lead project delivery, engage with clients, and mentor a high-performing, sustainability-focused team across field and office-based work.
- Strong experience in navigating State and Commonwealth environmental approval processes and delivering strategic assessments.
- Proficiency in tools like GIS, remote sensing, and digital solutions to enhance project efficiency and tackle client challenges.
- Over 10 years of ecological experience, a relevant degree, and a valid Class C driver's license (4WD experience preferred).
