We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters for a busy precast manufacturing company based in the Brisbane area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading facility with a strong pipeline of projects and long-standing relationships within the construction industry. You’ll have steady, ongoing work – not just a short-term gig!You’ll be integral to the manufacturing process, crafting complex moulds to exact specifications for high-quality precast concrete elements used in major infrastructure and commercial projects.Your Role

Reading and interpreting detailed formwork plans and drawings
Assembling and installing formwork for precast elements
Ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety
Collaborating within a supportive and experienced team environment

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in formwork carpentry
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
Experience with precast products (highly regarded)
A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and team spirit

Requirements

Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
WHS White Card
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Daily travel Allowance – $32/day
Paid 7.2 ordinary hours/day + 0.80 RDO accrued daily
Weekly Redundancy Contributions: BERT $62, BEWT $7, CIPQ $22.50
Overtime paid at double time
Full-time hours
