- Managing company mobile devices via MDM platforms.
- Ensuring functionality of new hardware.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing support across various projects
- Deploying and Troubleshooting software updates
- A certificate IV or Higher-level IT Qualification.
- Working Knowledge of Windows (Version 10 & 11) and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with hardware platforms (Laptops and Mobile devices)
- Customer service and solutions focused
- Strong Communication skills
- Previous experience in IT Support role
- Working Knowledge of IT Ticketing systems
- Understanding of Defence environment
