- Owning the performance and compliance of a regional portfolio of carbon projects.
- Leading engagement with landholders, auditors, and the Clean Energy Regulator.
- Directing strategic, technical, and operational work, including project design and performance target setting.
- Overseeing business-as-usual operations, including monitoring and reporting.
- Managing commercial performance, including forecasting and risk management.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Travelling to regional and remote sites for field visits and audits.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects, ideally in agriculture, environment, or natural capital.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly with landholders, auditors, and regulators.
- Experience in project design and delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of ecological and environmental sciences (experience with vegetation mapping or carbon methods highly desirable).
- Familiarity with long-term contracts, risk frameworks, and regulatory reporting.
