Dash Group is a nursing-led NDIS provider with over 6 years of experience in health. We specialise in professional nursing supports but also deliver a full range of disability services tailored to the needs of participants. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
We are now expanding our team in Brisbane and South Brisbane and are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who have a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families within the NDIS.
The Role
As a Disability Support Worker with Dash Group, you will:
- Provide support to children and young people living with disability.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and skill development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with participants and their families.
- Work collaboratively with a nursing-led team to ensure safe, quality care.
- Maintain professional boundaries and accurate documentation in line with NDIS standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Yellow Card & Blue Card (current)
- National Police Check (within the last 3 years)
- Flu vaccination and willingness to maintain immunisations
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Induction Module
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience working with children in the NDIS sector (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to professional, compassionate, and safe care
