We have a passion for growth, including investing in the development of our people.Airswift is seeking applicants as a Contractor Onboarding Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team in Perth, Australia.Role DescriptionThe focal point of the role is contractor care and mobilisation. Once our recruitment team place a contractor for a role with one of our clients, your job begins. With an exceptional level of customer service, you will commence the onboarding process. This includes all pre-start requirements such as booking medicals, police checks and travel arrangements. Once onboarding is complete, you are then responsible for the ongoing care of our contractors during their assignment and will be their main point of contact for any queries.You will work closely with Client Account Managers and the Service Manager to understand and deliver the needs of our clients and contractors in a timely manner. Ensuring that turnaround times are met whilst maintain exceptional level of details and customer service.This role is ideal for a detailed focus individual with excellent communication skills. Someone who thrives in a busy environment, juggling multiple tasks and building strong relationships every day.Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience in Contractor Onboarding, Mobilisation and Management is valued highly, but is not essential.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word & Excel, CRM experience.
  • Very organised, adept in time management and can demonstrate structure in thinking.
  • Ability to understand and deliver to business processes and needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task to service deliverables.
  • Ability to clearly document and deliver complex business processes.
  • Able to work independently whilst managing competing priorities.
  • Applicants with previous experience in the recruitment industry will be held in high regard.
  • Applicants with previous exposure to human resource matters will be held in high regards.
