Civil Supervisor

• Leading site crews in the delivery of asphalt paving and road construction works
• Supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
• Coordinating plant, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Liaising with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
• Monitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones, variations, and risks
• Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements

• Proven experience in asphalt and road construction supervision (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site crews
• Must have previous experience working with MRWA
• Sound knowledge of civil construction methodologies, asphalt paving processes, and QA systems
• Excellent communication skills - confident dealing with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
• Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel to regional projects as required
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement on site
