ALDI is looking for Warehouse Mechanics who can maintain and repair all our equipment within the Distribution Centre. As a mechanic, you are one of the integral components in our operation. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and capacity to multi-task will keep the wheels turning.What does the role involve?
- Keeping all mechanical equipment running smoothly and safely.
- Coordinating regularly with the Maintenance Engineer or Section Leader to manage workloads effectively.
- Scheduling and carrying out preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
- People with forklift and equipment maintenance and repair experience
- Self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously, but also work well with a team.
- Confident communicators who can interact positively with others.
- Adaptable and flexible professionals who can handle unexpected changes.
- Individuals who can stay composed and efficient under pressure.
