As part of our team, you'll support patients during admission and discharge for surgical procedures, focusing on people rather than processes. The unit runs on teamwork, collaboration, and high-quality care, offering you the opportunity to build skills in a dynamic perioperative environment. Shifts are 8 hours across the week and weekends, with hours spanning 7am-6.30pm.About you:
You're a proactive, compassionate nurse who thrives in a team-based, fast-paced environment. You bring strong time-management, clear communication and a collaborative mindset, and demonstrate initiative, punctuality and respect in your day-to-day practice. You're eager to learn and grow, with knowledge of (or a willingness to develop skills in) ACCORN, AS5369, GENCA and infection-control principles. Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts across weekdays and weekends is essential.Requirements:
  • You're an Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
