
Mental Health Support Worker / Community Nurse (SIL) - Liverpool

- Supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities and mental health needs
- Implementing behaviour support and trauma-informed strategies
- Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, forensic backgrounds, and dual diagnosis
- Administering medication and following health support plans (for nurses)
- Assisting with personal care and daily living routines where required
- Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families to provide holistic support
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health, psychosocial support, disability, aged care, or community health
- Minimum Cert III/IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services, or Nursing qualification (preferred)
- Experience with trauma-informed care, complex behaviours, or high-intensity support
- Strong communication, de-escalation, and boundary setting skills
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
