Our client, a reputable organisation on the Sunshine Coast, are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the successful delivery of change initiatives across business processes and technology.The successful candidate will be a hands-on, practical Change Manager with experience supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives through to the end of the year. Ideally they will have strong experience driving change in Microsoft technology environments, particularly around Windows 11, modern workplace practices, AI and collaboration tools.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive change management and user adoption for Microsoft technologies within the Modern Workplace, including Windows 11, modern device management, Microsoft 365 AI tools (e.g., Copilot and Copilot Chat), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration solutions like Teams Rooms.
  • Engage stakeholders across business and IT to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms and ways of working.
  • Create and deliver communications, training plans, and change impact assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and project leads to align change efforts with delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption.
Essential Experience:
  • Proven track record as a Change Manager in technical and digital environments.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 11, modern device management, Microsoft 365 AI tools (e.g., Copilot and Copilot Chat), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration solutions like Teams Rooms.
  • Ability to deliver practical, outcomes-focused change in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable:
  • Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG)
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
