- Develop, review, and manage schedules for multiple projects and programs, ensuring efficient delivery within resource and time constraints.
- Collaborate with Apprentice Supervisors, training teams, and key stakeholders to schedule apprentices to achieve training competencies.
- Create detailed schedules and dashboards to support project delivery and track resource utilisation.
- Work closely with delivery teams to plan and resolve resourcing issues, escalating when necessary.
- Drive consistency in scheduling processes and ensure accurate project execution and reporting.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project Professional; Project Web App (or equivalent); Scheduling experience.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex data from multiple sources to create precise schedules.
- Strong construction scheduling and project management knowledge.
- Advanced data processing and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- $78.02/hr + superannuation
- Contract until March 2026 with possible extension
