With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.THE OPPORTUNITYAn exciting opportunity has become available for an Order Entry Team Member based in our QLD head office at Ormeau.This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
  • Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
  • Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams, as well as field trade sales team members
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
  • Desirable – experience in the building or construction industry
  • An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
