What you’ll bring

Proven multi-site leadership experience (education, OSHC, or related sector ideal)
Strong record of improving compliance, quality, and team performance
Ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
Stakeholder engagement skills to grow strong school, parish and community partnerships
A relevant qualification in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management, or a related field
