Eligibility: Open to EveryoneWe have an opportunity for a Graduate HR Officer to be part of our People & Culture - Corporate Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.The Graduate HR Officer is a learning and development position. You will be working as part of the HR Support Team whilst being trained and gaining hands on experience to contribute to a high performing and sustainable workforce through the delivery of timely and accurate advice.The HR Support Team is the first point of contact for operational employment contractual advice and human resource administration support services to management and employees across the employee lifecycle.The role will provide a customer focused approach from recruitment, contract management and general HR administration including the provision of advice on HR legislation, regulations and policies and will contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement processes and initiatives.About UsSouth Australia is internationally recognised for the quality of its agriculture, food, and wine. - Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
