Check out our website for a full list of locations!About the RoleAs part of a collaborative team of Educators, you will assist with the daily operation of the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading engaging, child-centered programs filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts – whatever sparks the children's curiosity!Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community.Collaborating with a skilled team of Educators on-site.Who We’re Looking ForWhile we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for:A genuine love for working with childrenStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check.Must have valid Australian work rights.A relevant Diploma-level qualification in children’s services, or be in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines).What’s in it for you?✨Career growth & training – Your path to management starts here!
