This role involves working on a diverse portfolio including government, council, and defence-related works such as roads, highways, and buildings. - Manage quality control documentation and registers to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Develop and maintain project construction programs, reflecting current progress
- Procure materials and manage supply requirements throughout project delivery
- Identify and submit contractual variations where required
- Support project teams with resource planning and coordination
- Interpret and communicate technical drawings and specifications
- Oversee subcontractor scopes of work, ensuring compliance and quality
- Maintain proactive communication with project teams and client representatives
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular project updates
- Assist with quantity/volume analysis and contribute to tender processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the civil construction industry
- Strong knowledge of engineering and quality management across diverse project scopes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a focus on process improvement
- Proficiency with survey equipment and interpretation of survey data
- Competent in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and relevant 3D/survey software
