- Using your flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays, execute marketing campaigns, maximise sales and grow our customer loyalty program
- Driving sales and controlling store expenses ensuring profitable store operations
- Monitoring and driving the meeting of budgets and forecasts
- Banking reconciliation, stock management and administration and business financial reporting needs
- Previous experience in a retail management role, ideally within Pharmacy
- Strong understanding of financial reports and cost control, including wages and shrinkage
- Genuine passion for retail, particularly in beauty, health and wellbeing products.
- Experience in managing and developing a successful team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in order to drive sales
- Have strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
- Proven ability to reach sales targets
- Ability to meet, drive and exceed KPI's for yourself, your team and the store
- Ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues as they arise
