This is your chance to be part of a high-performing group with genuine opportunities to grow into Project or Service Management roles.YOUR ROLEA hands-on role covering installation, servicing and maintenance of marine systems across a wide variety of vessels. You'll work directly with high-value clients and marine operators, ensuring reliable performance and delivering technical excellence on every job.🔹 Install and integrate electro-mechanical power transmission systems on a range of marine vessels
🔹 Configure and set up mechanical & electrical systems for optimal onboard performance
🔹 Conduct troubleshooting, fault-finding and repairs to keep vessels operational
🔹 Provide on-site technical support and deliver exceptional service to customers
🔹 Perform testing and calibration to ensure compliance with marine industry standardsWHAT'S ON OFFER💰 $90K-$95K Base + Super + OT + Bonuses = $120K+ OTE

✔️ Background in diesel mechanics, electro-mechanical systems, or marine power transmission
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in dynamic marine environments
✔️ Ability to travel when required for projects or service tasks
