- Utilize expert knowledge of Linux administration, Ansible, PHP (especially Laravel), and MySQL/PostgreSQL/PostGIS to develop robust web applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements, document solution specifications, and write functional requirements.
- Manage project scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with front-end libraries like Bootstrap and Vue.js.
- Work with geospatial data and implement and consume APIs and web services as required.
- Utilize Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for project management and collaboration.
- Maintain effective communication channels, both written and verbal, to ensure clear understanding and alignment with project objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading the design and development of complex data-driven web applications.
- Expert knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) administration, Ansible, PHP 8 (Laravel highly regarded), and MySQL/PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in front-end libraries (Bootstrap, Vue.js) preferred.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and geospatial data management.
- Familiarity with Python and experience implementing and consuming APIs and web services.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering and solution specification documentation.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including scoping, planning, and team management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
