You’ll:Champion high-impact models of care in dementia, palliative care, and integrated care hubs.Mentor and empower frontline teams to deliver safe, consistent, and compassionate care.Translate policy and reform into real-world practice that improves lives.Lead clinical escalation frameworks and drive continuous improvement.Represent clinical priorities in strategic forums and influence system-wide change.Design and refine clinical frameworks that align with Anglicare’s mission and the new Support at Home reforms.Coach and support RNs and Care Managers through site visits, team huddles, and reflective practice.Build clinical capability through tailored education and mentoring.Collaborate with HR, L&D, and Quality teams to shape a sustainable, skilled workforce.Drive governance integration through audits, incident reviews, and action planning.What you’ll bringAHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Proven leadership in aged care, home care, or community health.A passion for coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.Strategic agility with operational insight and a hands-on approach.The ability to build trust and lead with warmth, resilience, and purpose.Highly Regarded:Experience as a Clinical Nurse Consultant or Nurse Practitioner.Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, palliative care, dementia care, clinical education, or healthcare leadership.Why Anglicare?We provide meaningful opportunities and choice, both for the individuals and communities we support and the dedicated people here who make it happen.At Anglicare, you’ll get the security, stability and opportunities that come with a strong, well-established organisation that’s ready for the future.
