- Assisting the Directors to produce submissions and other property documentation on Adobe Indesign.
- Coordinate all marketing campaign materials including photographers and designers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and taking and distributing minutes.
- Implement client engagement plans and events as required.
- Manage internal communications to the team.
- Process expenses for the wider team and process supplier invoices as required.
- Recent administration experience.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills in particular Excel.
- Experience using Adobe Indesign is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet diverse priorities and competing deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
