The program comprises three integrated teams:
- Mobile Assessment & Treatment Team (MATT)
- Continuing Care Team (CCT)
- Functional Recovery Team (FRT)
- Provide supervision and guidance to clinicians delivering youth-friendly, evidence-based interventions
- Provide co-therapy in complex care cases when appropriate
- Facilitate team training and professional development
- Support clinical review processes, quality assurance and research activities
- Champion a recovery-focused, person-centred culture of hope and resilience
- Work as part of the leadership team and influence strategy and opportunities for improvement
- Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, Clinical Psychology endorsement strongly desired.
- Board-approved AHPRA Supervisor – eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Extensive experience in youth mental health and first-episode psychosis
- Proven ability to mentor, supervise, and develop clinical teams
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
