It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends over coffee and a chat. About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join the Milly’s team. This varied role involves delivering high-quality breakfasts for our hotel guests, catering for events, and preparing beloved cafe classics.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver high-standard menu items, including breakfast & cateringEnsure consistency and quality in all dishesEnsure efficient time management and food preparation during peak hoursCommunicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth serviceMaintain a clean and safe work environmentWork collaboratively within a fast-paced kitchen teamAbout You: You are passionate about food and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
