Your part in St Andrew’s War MemorialWorking closely with the ICU Clinical Nurse Educator, you will provide education and clinical support to staff at the bedside including the delivery of in-service education and completion of competency assessments.You will support the clinical teams to develop their clinical practice through effective facilitation and teaching to ensure optimal patient experience and outcomes. The role will also assist with facilitating instructor led hospital mandatory training. As Clinical Facilitator for ICU, you will be part of the education team to provide education that meets the hospital's broader objectives; and be committed to providing education that is evidence based and demonstrates best practice.The successful applicant will join the UnitingCare Metro Education team, with the role located at and responsible for clinical facilitation at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital.
