Job Category: OperationsJob Description:Guest Services AssistantsThis position is responsible for our site's administration needs, such as:

Processing bookings and allocating accommodation
Performing check in/out
Preparing reports
Conducting general admin and retail duties

Salary of $33.63/hour for casual or $70-75k/year for full time

About You:

Relevant work experience in accommodation/administration
Experience using accommodation software packages (preferably RMS)
Excellent computer and administrative skills
Team player with remarkable communication
Customer service enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
