About the role:As a Sales Consultant you will speak with customers over the phone and assist them in choosing the best product to suit their needs.Your responsibilities will include:

Providing quality and informed advice to customers to assist them in identifying the right product for them
Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times
Consistently meeting KPI’s as required
Displaying a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others

Skills and Experience:Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a phone-based environment idealy within private health insurance or financial services. If you bring experience in these areas and are motivated to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

Experience in a b2c phone-based sales environment preferably within health insurance or financial services (also open to telecom, energy, leasing, automotive, solar sales etc.)
Extremely clear and high level communication skills
Ability to work towards and exceed KPI's
Motivated to learn and succeed while demonstrating resilience and adaptability

Training and Induction

You will be provided with full health insurance training for this role.
