Experience
  • A background in HR and solid experience partnering with leaders in dynamic, multi-layered organisations - experience in retail is a huge bonus
  • You've supported both corporate teams and frontline operations and know how to flex between strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Commercial smarts with the ability to align people initiatives to business impact (and not just tick the HR box)
  • Skilled in building trusted partnerships at all levels, with clear communication and genuine care
  • Confident navigating employee relations, workforce planning and change, all while staying compliant and calm under pressure
