- Identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or scope.
- Managing and leading RFx processes across multiple categories.
- Conducting regular supplier reviews to ensure contractual compliance and resolve disputes.
- Leading commercial negotiations, ensuring ethical and professional standards.
- Providing expert advice on vendor lifecycle and contractual management.
- Consolidating vendor base to leverage scale
- Reviewing and approving purchase requisitions to ensure alignment with supplier agreements.
- Promoting best practice procurement strategies across business units and spend categories.
- Supporting procurement transformation initiatives and system improvements.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Strong background in procurement processes and policy compliance.
- In-depth understanding of vendor lifecycle and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing complex supplier contract.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing.
- Experience leading RFx processes and managing procurement projects.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle).
- Telecommunications industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Commercial Degree qualified or equivalent desirable.
